Every person in our facility will receive the following services and support:

24/7
Residential Nursing:
Provides continuous nursing services in a licensed residential facility by Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).

Personal Supports /
Companion Care:
Provides practical assistance and training to individuals who need help with basic self-care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as other daily tasks such as meal preparation and medication management.

This can include teaching them how to manage their own household tasks and responsibilities, as well as helping them develop social connections and relationships within their community.

Life Development:
Activities that connect our residents to the community that consist of non-medical care, supervision, and socialization activities (gardening, movies, etc.).

Residential Habilitation:
Our primary focus is to maximize opportunities for choice, independence, and personal care, ensuring safety and encouraging social interactions with peers. Our programs offer residents options for meaningful activities, promoting lifelong education, a healthy lifestyle, and personal/community responsibility. Personal development plans are tailored to each individual's unique abilities, goals, and interests.
We Also Offer

Private Nursing:
Provides continuous nursing services primarily in the comfort of your home by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).

Skilled Nursing:
Provides continuous nursing services at the residence and other waiver service sites, such as adult day training program. Consists of part-time or intermittent nursing care visits, provided on a daily basis by Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).

Respite Services:
Designed to provide temporary relief and support for primary caregivers, allowing them a break from their caregiving responsibilities while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
