NIGHT SHIFT - Licensed Practical Nurse Location: Orlando, FL Audubon Gardens Group has full-time and part-time positions available for Licensed Practical Nurses. Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):     •    Administration of prescribed medication, internal feeding, and other treatments and therapies     •    One to one patient care in a home environment     •    Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record     •    Documenting shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes related to patient assessments and coordination of care     •    Work closely and maintain daily communications with the Certified Nursing Assistants so that a continuity of care and services is maintained for the residents     •    Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education:     •    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Florida License     •    Certification in CPR and First Aid as required by the state Experience:     •    Licensed Practical Nurse with 1+ years experience Available Shifts:     •    (3) 12 hour OVERNIGHT shifts per week, 7pm-7:30am     •    Option for part-time/PRN Must be able to work some holidays. Executive Administrative Assistant Location: Orlando, FL Full-time We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls - Organize and schedule appointments - Plan meetings and take detailed minutes - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Develop and maintain a filing system - Update and maintain office policies and procedures - Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers - Maintain contact lists - Book travel arrangements - Submit and reconcile expense reports - Provide general support to visitors - Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients - Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Skills: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Certified Nurse Assistant Location: Orlando, FL Full-time Job Summary: Are you searching for meaningful work that has a positive impact? Audubon Gardens Group is dedicated to providing home care services for individuals with complex developmental disabilities. We are proud to provide a range of home care services to meet each client’s unique needs CNA Responsibilities: - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, medicinal reminders, and incontinence care. - Keep proper records of care including a resident service plan and documenting services provided. - Be familiar with resident service plan and document all services provided. - Report all observations to the RSD and Assistant Resident Services Director (ARSD) and Lead Care Supervisor. - Work closely and maintain daily communications with the Licensed Practical Nurse so that a continuity of care and services is maintained for the residents. - Ensure understanding of and compliance with all regulations regarding residents’ rights. - Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident, associate, Community or Company information deemed as such. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: - Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) Florida License - Certification in CPR and First Aid as required by the state Experience: - Certified Nurses Assistant with 2+ years experience working with persons with mental and/or physical disabilities or 5+ years clinical experience Schedule: - Must be able to work (3) 12 hour shifts per week (8 hrs optional) - Must be able to work 2 weekend shifts per month. - Must be able to work some holidays.
